The maintenance mode comes with an external folder just follow this steps

1. Go to maintenance folder and look for config.php.new
2. Rename config.php.new to config.php
3. Open the config.php file
4. Add your WHMCS directory in the config.php file
5. Save config.php file
6. Upload the folder to your WHMCS where you want the maintenance mode to be installed
